Celebrating the breakout of the last prisoners from the Jasenovac concentration camp on 22 April 1945, the Museum of Genocide Victims prepared a special program to mark the occasion. Under this program, the Museum organized a panel discussion entitled The Anthropology of Evil and Criminals.

The host, Dr Veljko Djuric Misina of the Museum of Genocide Victims, participated in the discussion alongside anthropologist and now a retired professor, Dr Bojan Jovanovic, Professor Dr Jovan Miric (Faculty of Philosophy) and psychiatrist and Professor Dr Aleksandar Damjanovic (Faculty of Medicine).

The aforementioned discussion was a prelude to a series of talks planned for autumn this year which will end with a debate on the number of victims in the Jasenovac concentration camp and the Independent State of Croatia.
